Digital and boxed formats
The physical edition is a boxed download code, not a disc.
The boxed Standard Edition contains a download code. If it arrives and is redeemed before launch, it can also support pre-loading from November 12, 2026.
Physical Ultimate Edition
None. The Ultimate Edition is available only digitally.

After redeeming the Standard Edition download code, the Ultimate Edition Upgrade can be purchased from the platform store.
Free month of GTA+
The official boxed-edition contents do not list this benefit. It is included only with eligible digital editions purchased by November 20, 2026.
GTA+ conditions
The free month must be redeemed and will auto-renew after activation.
Available only with the digital Standard or Ultimate Edition purchased by November 20, 2026; the boxed Standard Edition does not include it.
Once the free month is redeemed and activated, membership renews monthly at the applicable monthly price when the free period ends, until the player cancels. Limited to one redemption per platform account.

Can the Standard Edition be upgraded to the Ultimate Edition later?
Yes. After redeeming the game, Standard Edition players can purchase the Ultimate Edition Upgrade separately at any time from PlayStation Store or Microsoft Store.
Is there a physical Ultimate Edition?
No. The Ultimate Edition is digital only. Owners of the boxed Standard Edition can purchase the digital upgrade after redeeming its download code.
What does the Vintage Vice City Pack include?
It includes the '55 Vapid Stanier Sedan and Garage, Outfits and Hairstyles, and an Exclusive Weapon Pattern.
Does the free month of GTA+ renew automatically?
Yes, after redemption and activation. The digital edition must be purchased by November 20, 2026; PlayStation redemption is due by March 31, 2027, while Xbox redemption is due within 180 days of purchase. It is limited to one redemption per platform account and renews monthly after the free period until canceled.
Why does the price differ by region?
Platform stores display available editions, currency and prices according to the account region. A price from one overseas store is not a single worldwide price; use the matching regional checkout page before paying.
Can a boxed download code pre-load the game?
Yes, if the boxed Standard Edition arrives and its download code is redeemed before launch. Digital pre-orders begin pre-loading at local midnight on November 12, 2026.
Can I pre-order a PC or Steam version now?
No official PC or Steam pre-order destination is available. At the latest verification, Rockstar had not announced a PC or Steam version, price, edition or pre-load plan. Current buying information applies only to the confirmed console platforms.
